I have a DVD with 5 Hidden tracks that was burnt on a DVD Writer connected to a TV

when I use Ultra Iso it says that the DVD is empty

but when I go for Nero trying to get Disc Info it shows me the tracks but doens't allow me to save them.

what can I use to save this tracks?
