many of you say that, "lost is getting lost", "lost is losing interest".
honestly, for me, Lost is one of the best drama series ever made, of course there is some 2 or 3 episodes that are crap, but that happens with every single tv show.
the great things about Lost are the awesome performances, the personal dramas of the characters, the unsolved misteries, the fact that nobody knows exactly what the hell is going on.
these are the major ingredients of Lost sucess, and they are always there, sometimes they are stronger, and other few times they are weaker.
this Season 2 had some 3 episodes that were just crap, but, for me, Lost is back on the track and it still has much to suprise us all.
about yesterday episode, The Long Con, it was an awesome episode.
Sawyer is always trying to be bad and being hated and all, but all I can feel for his character is pitty, the way he left that girlfriend that he conned was a really bad move, I mean, you could see that he actualy loved her, but we cannot really understand why he act the way he does.

Well, they are setting up for something big...but I hope they dont drag out the build up over like 5 episodes, that will fuckin piss me off. I can deal with a normal paced show every once in a while, they arent bad. But next week, I wanna see gun shots and black smoke

Not a bad episode actually, lots of action on the island and the flashback seemed quite unintrusive for a change.

So I guess I'm the only one who found it completely absurd? The flashback was great, the con didn't feel absurd nor was it obvious. The con in the main thread of the episode however was just plain dumb. WTF was that all about? bleerrghh.. Didn't like it at all.

The show is all about the flashbacks now. You can almost feel that they are trying to stretch the main plot to a third season. The con on the island was lame, so is the show in the meantime. Why the ratings are still high is beyond me.
