I might get the G502 wireless when it comes to my country, In theory I can already ask my bro to buy it(giving him money back) when he visit USA this September..

I already have the G903, but G502 is seems to be more suited for right handed people, and I am a fan of the shape. I am a fan of wireless equipment in general.

ah wow! more mouse with the g602 shape! might have to look at upgrading this one soon.
This is my 2nd 602, when one of the switches broke on the first(like after 2 years) logitech was nice enough to send me a replacement mouse (even though I just asked for the tiny metal brace on the switch which had broken, a 1 cent part). that 502 looks real nice, wish it was all black tho!

I need a new mouse. Old g400 right click is dying on me.
I would like something 1-3-1 fingertip grip for medium hands.
Would be nice if there were no buttons below the scroll wheel since my middle finger is resting there. On g400 I've developed this bad habit of pressing the dpi switch button constantly... so I disabled it's function but I am still clicking it.

Razer Viper looks promising. Less than half the weight of old g400, not big but not as small as some light mice, no holes, rubberized sides, no button under scroll. Maybe not too bad but there are button on the right side so I wonder how these relate to pinky position

I was also looking at g305 wireless but it seems small and not to grippy on the sides. Some zowie mice also seem ok

looks great. Is it usable with 1-3-1 or is the pinky slipping?

g602 cause its ergonomically perfect e.g. the middle finger/right button being elongated

I thought I read the other day they released an updated version of this with their best laser, but havent seen it in stores yet

G502/602 shape is trash for me because of those small button on top left of the left mouse button. My finger naturally lands on those and not main button

This new trend of mice with holes in them freaks me the fuck out. Literally. Some serious Trypophobia going on. Who the fuck thought that was a good idea? Scratch Head

I agree all the dust and all the natural hand fat that our hands secrete can get in there and you wont be able to clean it, unusable, only if you clean your hands every hour, then its usable. Smile

The only hole that the mouse needs is the laser one. Smile

No, my g502 is flawless (aside from the too light right click on the first one Poker Face that I fixed by switching the RMB switch for another So Much Win )!

But I feel the same about my G9x which I'm still using to this day since I purchased it (it replaced an MX518 which I've got as a backup).

I have an MX Master from work and on my second G502 on desktop. I would use MX Master everywhere if I could, such a comfortable mouse. But alas, it's wireless and has crazy and very non-deterministic latency. So the G502 it is.

Mx master shape is very comfortable but it's a 125hz polling rate and that is bad even on a 60hz monitor... and it's heavy.
The new wireless mice from logitech do not have any additional latency over wired. G305 and G pro wireless for example. 305 can run for 250 hours on 1000hz polling rate... but it's a bit too small for me

The problem isn't the polling rate, but the lackluster wireless transmission. Bluetooth is outright terrible. With the Logitech dongle, it's a bit better, but as I said before, it's non-deterministic as in it's fine for a while and then suddenly there is a huge spike. I think all their professional mice transmit on a 2.4Ghz band, which is very pone to interference.

BTW, I hate ambidextrous mice. They are never as comfortable. And for what ever reason (political correctness), mouse design in recent years has gone back to terrible ambidextrous. When a hand holds a mouse, there is a certain range of shapes that is optimal. Flat mice (ambidextrous design) are not ergonomic at all.
