Nolan said Zoe Kravitz was too Urban to play Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises when she tried to auditioned for that one but I guess she really wanted to play Catwoman so tried out for the part again.

He didn't.
It was for a "small role" (NOT catwoman) and "they" (not Nolan) told her they are not interested letting her audition as they "are not going urban".
There's no way she was speaking directly with a director (one that doesn't even have a cellphone, right?) for a small role.
It must have been at best the casting director, and more likely someone like a casting assistant.

Casting is good overall. It remains to be seen how much Pattison can act.

So, its safe to say kitty cat and Riddler are in?
I guess they will keep some of the villains hidden, Oh and it can't really be Batman trilogy without Joker, in one movie at least.

Looks like Matt Reeves is adapting Batman: The Long Halloween. The characters cast certainly seem to be pointing in that direction.

Unless you mean actual size, can't remember how big gotham was supposed to be from the comics.
