I fucking love Massive Attack. It would be super dope if they are in Cyberpunk 2077. Not sure if they really fit in the genre tho. They are mostly darker and "trippy". Maybe better suited for Vampires The Masquerade: Bloodlines 2. Here is another lesser known song that could fit.
The thing with Grimes is that she already released the song she should have played at the game awards way before the event and the announcement that she'll make music for the game. Truth be told, I don't particularly like that new one either...
... but this?! I think it's really neat and would absolutely fit in the game!
NZXTS340ELITE : EVGA Z370 FTW / [ Intel i7 8086k @4.0Ghz ][ ASUS TUF RTX 3060 Ti 8GB ][ 16GB G.Skill Trident Z @3200mhz CL16 ][ 128GB Intel760p Series + 1TB Crucial MX500 + 3TB WD RED ][ Thermaltake Toughpower PF1 650W ]
The lyrics perhaps. But the sound of this Grimes girl is so basic and banal. Like a comic.
Listen to this and tell me you don't image entering some cyberpunk club with red lights and dancing augmented people under moving blue lasers with a big robot-4-arms bartender serving some weird red foamy liquid in thin black spiral glasses behind an oval bar in the middle of the room.
Or something similar
Yeah, even recorded it sounds shit and rather unoriginal for anyone older than 20 years old.
I said the nearly the same thing on YT and got replies ranging from "Ok Boomer" to "You must have shit taste in music"
Well youtube, one has to look at what is most popular on there to realise it's a platform filled with the dumbest retards that roam around on this planet. :>

Indeed, YouTube is the worst; I too pine for the refined culture of the World Wrestling Federation, The Kardashians, Big Brother, and Jersey Shore...
Yawn. Saw this coming a mile away... they've shown precisely fuck all of the game except two, highly edited and minuscule, gameplay demos -- and we were supposed to believe the game would be out in 3 months? Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. What's worrying me most of all is what the performance is going to be like at launch, because I think most people have forgotten the horrors of Witcher 2 and Witcher 3 when they came out
"Expect more regular updates"
More regular than what? Current? Because currently you don't update us on anything I'm tired of the "public" media blackout surrounding this game, whilst fauxjournalists get free handjobs at the drop of a hat.

It's still disappointing that they can't set a release date and stick with it (just not CDPR), even though it was to be expected as sabin just demonstrated..
Here's to hoping that they actually release some content to keep us waiting, because what I've seen so far has left me half perplexed.
Selfishly this is welcome news. I'm waiting for the next offerings from Nvidia and AMD before playing this, which means that I'd have been dodging spoilers for months. Now I'll most likely have a new rig ready for launch.

Funnily enough, I'm feeling kinda selfish right now too... I'm flying to the UK next month and will be away for at least 2 months. No PC access So hey, at least I won't miss out whilst everyone else is playing
They saw the game was running like crap on the new consoles and had to do some downgrading

@sabin1981
Hm..I don't think I had any serious performance issues when the game first launched except for nvidia crapworks hair. I had to disable this shit. It used ridiculous tessalation settings we couldn't change in-game.

And of course there's the new Vampire game to soften the blow, unless that's delayed too
