I actually bought Colin McRae Rally (1998). Way ahead of its time when it comes to rally games. Might feel like an arcade game now, but I loved it and found it challenging. Different than most racing games at the time. Then again I was 10 years old in 1998
I tried it when i bought origin premier for a month, played for about 3-4 hours, it's most boring nfs game in series, you have day and night stages, police cars are soo unbelivable annoying at night, you can rid of them only if you jump into water, i canceled subscription after a month, that'll show them what i think about nfs heat.
Little oftopic: It was fun playing battlefield games online, but there are to much hackers with aimbots and shit. Hackers even admit that they are using hacks and no one is giving a shit after tons of reporting. EA won't admit that their games have hackers. Unbelivable, i'm not giving a cent ever to EA.

Oh RIN is *much* worse, the mods specifically prohibit talk about the GAME ITSELF, instead we just have threads of whining about getting the crack to work or asking what the password to the archives are. Any time someone actually tries having a discussion about the GAME or anything related to the GAME gets met with warning threats and post deletions
RIN is, by far, the single best place to get Steam-related releases If it's on Steam; odds are it'll be up on RIN the same day Plus people continually upload the latest builds/patches/etc, something not every scene group will do.

Yup. I don't use RIN for chatting (tried that, every time I tried to steer a thread back to DISCUSSION and less about "how crak work wen??11" I had some power-tripping douchebag mod come along and threaten to ban/warn for "off topic") but getting the latest releases and updates it's invaluable to me.
Sadly its a shithole now and i blame derpwatch too. Specially in denuvo games when game is cracked there is a shitload of spam. It was not like that bad back when i was releasing shit. Can't blame people of mocking it right now in its current state. Whatever happens i will always remember the times when we were collecting values for the offline server emulator to beat the Ubi DRM for AC II. Those were great times

was checking there now and holy crap, almost 10 yo member and with less than 100 posts ; anyway there is the only source for me to get updated dlcs for ets2/ats for creamapi (and dlcs for some other steam games if needed)

I wish CS rin ran their own torrent tracker. Those shitty multipload sites are a terrible experience.
Doesn't help that they usually use some of the more annoying ones out there. There are plenty that are easy peasy, no hassle and yet it seems most that use this kind of distribution never heard of them.
I tend to use MirrorAce for all my uploads, which has a dozen mirrors (on the best/free sites too, like 1fichier/Zippy/etc) and as long as you have a halfway-competent adblock running then MirrorAce is great. I took down all my uploads a few months back though, got sick of the ingratitude of the users, and the thuggish powermongering of the chief dick-swinger. I've slowly been adding a couple more of the requested stuff that nobody else can be arsed to share .. but I doubt I'll ever return to my old "upload EVERYTHING!" ways.

Plus lately the site has been dealing with a copyright troll who reports all links so they get taken down... which is disheartening to the uploaders who spend all their time/bandwidth/money on providing files

I guess I hurt CS' feelings Meh. That wasn't my intention, but nor was it my intention to the recipient of overzealous moderation. I love the site, always have, always will, and I don't want to do anything to jeopardise my account there so.. meh, again. All I can do is upload things when nobody else does, or when they're requested, and just go about my own business without stepping on anyone's toes.

Im using the corepack installer, But nothing happens the install stays at 0%. Also cpu is 0% and diskactivity is 0%. This is on a ryzen 3900x system on my older system its installing normal.
lol cs rin is not your place to discuss games wtf, its a place you go for patches, cracks, bypasses, special tools etc.
it got infested with wannabes from r/crackwatch since reddit got popular and the rise of denuvo, so threads got infested with stupid shit so i dont blame the mods in this case
anyway the mod edited his post clarifying why he closed it so it was probably for the best

Even the cutscenes are terrible, with low quality animations and a strange "not quite 60" feel. I'm guessing the viewport is 60 but the cutscenes are all 30fps bink shit >_<

In the past I would fire up a NFS game to satisfy my tuning thirst, but with this one you can't do that anymore, crap, all crap done for this shallow generation that listen to trap music and have 0 style, all the clothes look like they dove into the wardrobe and w.ever clothes sticked to them, they just wear for the day.
