they specifically said 680m is EpicStore total and 251 is ThirdParty revenute generate (aka total) .... so 3rd party stuff is pretty much everything else than Fortnite |

Are these snarky dismissive responses supposed to be taken seriously as an argument? Okay, let's do the match and take a look at actual facts and state of things.
Release dates:
Windows, macOS, Switch: 20 September 2019
[i]PlayStation 4, Xbox One: 17 December 2019 (3 months later)[/i]
News about 1 mil posted: Dec 30 2019 (barely 2 weeks later)
We know that within first two weeks after the release UGG sold 100k:

We don't know exact ratio between platforms, but taking into account the facts that EGS is the only PC store that offered the game and that Switch sales for indie games easily dominate Steam (and just all PC sales for the taken game in comparison) we can conclude it is at least ~60% for Swatch and 40% for EGS (at best, at worst 50$/50%).
Now, even if we assume it sold about 100-200k on PS4/Xbox in 2 weeks (doubtful but whatever), that still leaves us about 800k over 3 months for Switch/PC. So that's like 8 times more in total since first 2 weeks. That makes it at least ~300-400k for just EGS.
Putting it against 151k approximated - that is still ~3-3.5 times lower. Even Steamspy has lower error margin and they are no wild-guessing. So yes, their "approximation" is full of bull randomly pulled out of their ass.
Not liking EGS does not mean you have to seethe this hard

Well, they did correct your wrong outlook that UGG sold 1 million copies on EGS. So, I would say mission accomplished.

No, no way Fortnite to have made only 400$ million. They reported 2.4$ Billion from Fortnite alone for 2018. It could be the Unreal Engine Marketplace as it's now within EGS but I find it unlikely that devs will pay more than gamers even tho some items cost more than 100 euro.

I take that but it wasnt the point by a long shot though, the point was that this empty, pointless seething and imposed cheering "lol EGS ded lmao" with an attempt to move goalposts and twist the stats and numbers in a way that they would back up the pushed narrative of EGS dying is just downright pathetic. It just a usual pathetic cope coming form desperate diehard Steam fanboys who love fat Gabe's cock so much they are happy to delude themselves into genuine belief that EGS is dying when, it fact, it does spectacularly well for a new digital PC storefront. History be the witness here - in the past 5/6+ years quite a few tried to enter this scene but eventually all of them failed.
I despise EGS and their practices but deluding himself into believing they are losing money and will close literally in the next few months is a sure way to lose your ground and an argument. Getting complacent because of fake believes is what Timmy wants from you. Instead, steam fanbois should keep rallying the troops.
