cry engine is pos... they should have used another engine that is more mod-friendly and shit..

Yes i played it like 1 month ago, or atleast tried, nothing has changed what i already described, will give Path Of Exile 2 a shot when it´s released, that looks good.

Fffffuuuuck.
I played for 2 hours, exited, my character was not saved. I've tried fiddling with it, looking for an answer online, to no avail. Then I thought: "God damn it, it's because I have polish diacritics in my profile name, isn't it?". It happened once before and turns out yes, that's exactly the cause again. The game refuses to save anything in the "My Saved Games" folder if your profile has an impure, non anglosaxon name 
Oh well, at least it's fixed now.

I've been trying since it "released" (well for a couple of hours now. Still can't even play it. Game creation failed.

the game is still shit, once you reach act 2 this shit turns into a pile of shit. best thing is, lost all my progress in the middle of act 2 do to crash, after game restart im at the beginning of act 1 aganin, in the prolog....i dont even know where to start

Did you keep your character and just lose story/quest progress? Or everything?

The fluidity of melee combat has changed a lot...
The loss of progression is a known issue. They are working on a hotfix.

Well if they continue to put some work in this it could become something really good but the release version is still very rough, it's something to play in a year or so. I guess the dev's run out of money or something like that and this was probably the best release window to maximize their profit anyway.

cant hover over items to see its stats and have to pick it up to see if its an upgrade ? really ? what the fuck, why did i get guilt tripped into buying this junk thinking id stick it to blizzard supporting a tiny dev, and then getting A HUGE FAT DILDO UP MY ASS WITH SERVER SHIT ; FUCKKKKKKKKKK BUGGY SHIT
and no buff durations timers that i can see, trying to pick up items dont work half the fucking time, like what morons playtested this shit
It was so obvious it was gonna be dogshit , early acces only going to lvl 20, just like d3 also only showing off one act cause the rest was garbage
