The problem is that the pendulum is swinging the other way. 40-50 years ago, a woman had little to say at work, got commanded by men and was delegated to making coffee etc. Now it's almost the opposite - at my work, none of the women want to make coffee, they resolutely refuse to unless it's for a customer or visitor. It's rebelling against the past in their eyes - past female generations always did it, so now men should do it.
The same goes with the example I gave - because women tended to get ignored by males in the past (they were seen as "office furniture" according to them), now it's their turn to ignore males. It's stupid and has the opposite effect (it just gets men annoyed but hey, that's their goal: to make the "toxic males" feel what it was like being a woman in the past).
The problem is that all this gets tolerated by those in power. I can't tell our customer what they should do. If one of the people they hired acts like this, it's not up to me to put her in her place. I reported it to the customer, they basically said "well, how about you just do the work then because that's the easiest solution" and I couldn't well say "no, I'd rather you tell her off".

Rogan isn't very smart, like most MMA fighters so no surprise there, and he absorbs others' opinions like an 8 year old, critical thinking isn't one of his strenghts. I don't mind though, since he is a good host and gives everyone a platform, without butting in too much. The audience should make up their own opinion based on the discussing and not based on the host's opinion. People who really hate the show are usually the ones who like to be led by the hand when it comes to forming an opinion.
