In Witcher 3 Ciri actually talks about how she was in another world through her travels:

Yeah it's just the devs teasing and I doubt they'll do anything with it in Cyberpunk... But I think it would be amazing to have some kind of side quest or even a proper large expansion with Ciri somehow.
Yup I know that. So maybe some new adventure with her!
Following the rule of big RPG releases, my assumption is, even if (big if) this does get released in September, it'll probably need a few weeks of patching for the best experience.
Looks like they are doing the GTAV trick of an "full-blown next-gen version". But at least the PC version is launching alongside the Xbone/PS4 versions. I wonder if that means there will be a super duper PC edition patch/version down the road, or if PS5/Xsex is just getting the PC version.
