Any news about DRM? I'd prefer to give the isodemo a try first. I sincerely hope it's amazing, but I have SOME reservations.

With both discounts it's 40$/€ which isn't that bad, just VPN if that's still too much.

Yeah, I think 40€ is actually okay, just bought it and I'm downloading it currently.
The download is 31.1 GB, can't wait to play it!

Looking at negative reviews, seems it's poorly optimised and crashes a lot.
I have to keep strong. I could refund if I'm one of the unlucky ppl with frequent crashes, but that price tag is ridiculous even with 20% off.

ah well, the more rage, the faster they will fix stuff, maybe in the end its a good thing, but im sitting this one out and wait and see
32 gigs mz ... must be those fucking pointless 8k textures i guess ? ...
the crosbow acts lik a counterstrike awp sniper rifle now hehe
can someone list what is exactly new and working compared to the old game besides gfx, cause im seeying just same old same old in streams atm

Eh, fuck it. People who had issues with crashing had them several times in an hour of booting the game. If I'm one of them, or my 1070 can't handle it, then I'll just refund.
Yes. I'm weak.

The multiplayer is a thing of beauty. The captain mode and siege mode are amazing.

Hi everyone, the following titles are now Game Ready on GeForce NOW:
• Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord
Games can take a little while to propagate across all servers, but will be available on the service soon.

No crashes so far, only issues i had was the game getting stuck on loading screen.
Happens at two places on the map, when i try to clear out a bandit camp.

Dumb question for you guys playing. How do you issue the fire at will order? I get the F1 key orders, but how do you use the list to the left of those?

Right click is going a menu back.
Anyway, this game bottled all the savegames i had (cracked version though). I'm glad i didn't buy it yet, there seems to be loads of problems with it still.
This game actually crashed my system to black sreens.... power offs etc. Now when i start the game the intro is all fucked with 10 Fps
Empty again

Ok, so early game feel like a really well done mod for Warband.
Mid and late game are yet to be seen, but so far all the changes feel inconsequential, graphics are nicer but FAAAAAAAAAAAAR from adequate for the asking price, characters look very samey face-wise, combat is 1-to-1 the same as earlier games, etc.
If this what they can show after 8 years, they should look for some other jobs because they are bad at this making-sequels thing.
Don't get me wrong, it is still an AWESOME game, landing a hit with my sword while riding full speed is as satisfying as ever, but I'm simply baffled by the lack of improvements and new stuff when I consider how long it took to get to this point.
Also, maybe it was the day-1 patch, but so far it seems stable and runs well, thank jeebus.

Couple hours in, issues starting to pile up.
- Some quests simply don't progress. Had to train up some peasants for a village. Progress bar stayed at 0/10 regardless how many of the "borrowed" units I levelled up.
- random infinite loading screens.
- save with the attack hideout window open, then when you reload you can no longer attack because the game thinks it's empty, even though it has 4 squads in them according to the map tooltip (reloading connected to the infinite loading bug).
And a couple people reported some memory leakage, corrupting saves after some hours of play.
EDIT: asked for a refund. I have 6 hours, so I will most definitely not get my money back, but worth a try.

Thanks for the impressions, I was trying to download the isodemo out of curiosity but at this point I'd rather just hold off until the campaign reaches a relatively acceptable status. Hopefully, it won't take another 7 years
