Specifically you're under the employ of the CRW (Counter Revolutionary
Warfare) wing of the British Special Air Service (SAS). You'd better have
nerves of steel to survive The Regiment, because it is much more than just
a game - what lies ahead is a tense, accurate simulation of close quarters
combat, based on briefings and scenarios supplied by SAS veterans.

Scenarios in The Regiment challenge you to lead four-man teams in assaults
on terrorist strongholds, rescue hostages held at gunpoint, recreate the
deadly climax to the Iranian Embassy Siege of 1980 or fight battles in
Britain's corridors of power in a daring rescue at the Houses of Parliament.

Gameplay is action-oriented from insertion to extraction. There's no need
for mission planning; once the SAS gets deployed, negotiations are over!
The single player campaigns are based on a variety of historical and
fictional scenarios, including a recreation of the Iranian Embassy Siege
of 1980.

A real-time ordering system lets you take command of an SAS assault squad
and guide them through brutal close quarter battles in missions to save
hostages.

In-depth training modes allow you to train in the world famous SAS
'Killing House', learning room clearance skills and perfect the dark art
of 'double tapping'. In multiplayer team training players can hone their
skills for the whole team before going online and challenging others.


1. Unrar.
2. Burn or mount with Daemon Tools.
3. Install the game.
4. Copy over cracked content from the /Crack on the DVD to your install dir.
5. Play the game.

I got the German version working with the Reloaded Cr.ck. I must say I dont find this game bad atall. You have to act fast and resolut to acheave the goals given. Graphics is not HL2 or anything but I dont feel it looks old. The AI of especially your team mates seems abit sluggish and stupid at times but hey, I experienced that in SWAT4 aswell. Far better then Rainbow Letdown, this one feels like a fast paced SWAT, time is a big factor in this one. I would give it a 7 to a weak 8 on a scale from 1- 10.

Still gona get the English version as the German narative feels very stiff.

same here , i get internal errors installing reloaded crack , i rebooted , reinstalled the game , applyed crack , when loading get internal error bleh !

crack works fine to me with retail version of the game (i haven't applied the official patch).
really good game, for sure better the rainbow 6 lockdown.
swat 4 remains the best, but for sure would be a shame to miss this one if u like strategic shooter

Hi,

Game dosent work properly here, with the reloaded crack, I can play the training, but get crashes when trying the embassy mission... maybe a crackfix enroute?

The update is only an updated exe, nothing else

I havent tried the update with curerom 1.3b & DT4 to see whether this is what it fixes..

reloaded crack is v1.00 not the update.


EDIT : My system is athlon 64 2800, VIA KT800 Based, Nvidia XFX 5900, 1 GB DDR400 , XP Pro & all updated drivers...

The crashes are: Everytime upon loading embassy, loading bar reaches 100% then, error box saying " Readfile failed: Count=0 BufferCount=998 Error=Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service"

BAH.

me three. I tried to be fast and set the affinity to 1 core but that didnt help Sad

No problems running game here. No crashing or freezing or errors of any kind. Currently on Farm mission.

OMG lol... I don't know how you can fix it but that's a very strange and serious error! Delta time in game programming is the number of miliseconds between 2 frames... negative would mean your computer processed the second frame before the first one,.. which is kinda impossible
