I can't resist it, I must make a summary so you guys remember how all the fucked up moments, so you can put this in perspective, as some of you seem to have forgotten alot of this crap and continue supporting his situation like Time his somewhat in the right. And this might also open Time's eyes on how fucked up this situation his, and how he acts. And I have alot of time on my hands so why not !
Time discover that the love of his life is in a mental hospital, even though he knows her for a week.
He feels the need to stay "friends" with her because all her friends abandon her.
Time gives her a few hoodies and a charger 'cause... she's living in a hospital room ?
She doesn't take her pills and Time agrees with her decision.
Time pities himself about how she's the only girl that ever liked him and that she'll be the only one to ever love him.
Time admits he doesn't know psychochick at all, yet she's the love of his life. He wants to know if she feels the same, although his friend told him she told him she had no interest in having any sort of romantic relationship with him.
Pyschochick is fucking another dude called Ben, Time is all pissy about this, he feels he should get over her before "falling in love even more"...
Time persuades himself that he's through with her, but if she ever calls him back, he'll rush to her side right away.
Time is fantasizing about love again, psychochick gets out of her mental hospital but does not contact Time, he goes ape-shit and says for the second time that he's through with her.
Time realize she still have his stuff, he designs the clever plan to get his stuff back then GTFO... yet, it's rude, so he'll do nothing.
Time reads her poem and realizes she's fucking crazy.
They agree to meet at 6am to do some exercise together, but she doesn't answer his multiple calls at 6am, Time gets all pissy about it and want to call her at 2am to piss her off.
Time calls the psychochick, but hears Ben in the background, they apparently had a good fuck. Time is once again all pissy about it, he tries to convince himself that he just wants to be friends with her.
Still he invites her over to sleep, but he's anxious has if he should make his move. But a he pusses out and cancels.
Time declares that <day> is their 2 weeks anniversary, although they're not together.
Time makes a list of CONS and PROS about his relationship with psychochick, result, 13 CONS, 2 PROS.
Time still want his stuff back but don't actually ask for his stuff back (rude... and... stuff...), he can't cut her out of his life 'cause he'll look like an asshole.
Time is convinced that she's sane.
The psychochick is gonna come over at night, Time persuades himself that he'll make his move, he has nothing to lose as he says !
Oh wait, he won't make his move finally. (anyway she cancelled)
They plan this "night" for tomorrow, but Time pusses out once again... or was... tired, yeah.
Time is through with the "biatch" for the third time.
Time invites the psychochick to come live in his parents’ house. His father has a sudden boner for the psychochick. She unpacks her bags in his room then leave to fuck with his boyfriend, Time seemingly has no problem with that, he's all proud and happy that the psychochick "moved in" with him in is parents’ house.
Time's mom ask if he's ever has sexual intercourse, to which he responds "lol no", with a probable "yuck, that's disgusting!"
They sleep in the same bed... that's all.
Psychochick is going ape-shit and start to sing and cry like a bitch, Time finally realizes she's mental.
Psychochick dildoes herself in Time's bed while being two feets away from him. Time concludes "she's being weird".
Psychochick goes mental again for a moment, then leaves Time to fuck her boyfriend again.
Time's mom want the crazy out of her house, Time is angry, he thinks that it's because it's a girl, not because she dresses like a prostitute, wears no pants and squats her house.
Time confesses his love for her on the phone, Psychochick doesn't seem to react.
Time compares his life to a Friends episode.
Time finally understand how stupid he was to invite her to live in his parents house.
Time doesn't want to sleep with Betty, but is deeply in "love" with her.
Psychochick squirts blood over Time's bed while fingering herself. Time concludes from this that she doesn't have the hots for him.
Time discovers that Psychochick is totally fine with polygamy, she has multiple boyfriends which she fucks regularly. Yet he's still deeply in "love" with her.
Time discovers that she has multiple boxes of condoms, he thinks that she must sell them.
Time got his pants back after a month.
Psychochick tells him straight that she doesn't want to go out with him. Time says he's okay with that, but he's crying inside.
Time think she's not ditching him (wait what ? Since when were they together ?), Pyschochick wants him to "cleanup her room". Time can't get signals for shit, gently declines.
Time discover that black guy in a gang is fucking Psychochick brains out.
Time learns she got pregnant, she was in jail, then in that mental hospital, and she was in a relationship with a 30 years old married man.
Time is through with this crazy bitch for the fourth time.
Time wants to be BEST FRIENDS FOREVER <3 ^_^, with her, because being a regular friend would be pointless. But she's still this overly idolized Aphrodite in the eyes of Time.
Time goes paranoid because she deleted him from facebook.
Time declares he learned from his mistakes in these last two months, and refused to meet Pyschochick.
Time resists her calls for a whole two days, he then proceeded to invite her over in his room, to... sit while he writes in this thread saying she's sitting next to him (life)
Time dumped her to play with his friend, feeling the obvious rejection; she packed her bags and gtfo.
Time posts nude pics on this thread that he found on her camera.
Time wants to declare his love for her once again (???)
He declared his love for her on her voicemail, how romantic.
She tells him once again that she's not interested.
Time is through with this crazy ass bitch for the fifth time.
Time learns that two other guys went and "cleaned her room".
Psychochick continues to fuck her multiple boyfriends.
Time think she's a slut but doesn't sleep with anybody (yeah, what standards she has)
Psychochick invites Time to go to the beach at night to do something he always wanted to do. She then cancels but invites him over immediately at 11pm, but Time pusses out.
Psychochick do checkups for STDs every month (what standards ?)
A chick friend of Time says he should play hard to get, Time thinks this means not calling her, but then she calls him and invites him over to which he agrees instantly.
Time starts panicking 'cause she's not calling him.
Time starts his "only she can love me, because... she saw me wake up..." nonsense, and fantasizing a healthy relationship with her because he can endure all the crazy crap she spits out.
Time perceives himself one year from now; he comes to a surprising realisation.
Fuck this bitch, he's through with her for the sixth time.
Time texts her and tells her why they should be together.
We learn that Psychochick attacked her cousin with a knife a few months ago, but that didn't stop love from blooming in Time's heart !
Time expresses his love for her again.
Time is feeling insecure because Psychochick doesn't tell him she loves him.
Time feels she should express love for him because he took alot of shit from her and cared for her these last few months (wtf man)
Time will ditch Psychochick for the seventh time (although he never actually tells her he's through with her all these times) if the situation between them don't become a fluffy love dream.
Time is officially through with her for the seventh time, he even says he don't have any feelings for her anymore... and that she's a slut.
Psychochick is a pron addict and confided to Time how Ben's sperm tasted like.
They don't speak in two weeks.
Time realizes he still cares about Psychochick, he calls her a few times.
Time expresses to her that he misses her, Pyschochick hangup on him.
Time is through with her for the 8th time.

Here is the original first post on this thread for anybody who is wondering what the hell is going on here:
So its been a long time since I have updated this but I thought this conclusion was too important to not post. During this whole 2009 ordeal, I used this thread as an outlet (similar to a diary). The reason all my posts are edited is because at the time I became paranoid that somebody here would locate Betty and then send her a link to this thread, which would ruin my chances of anything happening between us. Plus at some point in the middle of this thread I was pissed off at her and posted her nudes lol. I actually had saved a local copy of this whole thread before I edited it (I never saved the nudes though, I had deleted them out of anger)
Anyways over the last 11 years, from time to time (once every few months) I would look her up just to see what shes up to. If anybody remembers the story, we actually met through facebook because we had mutual friends. Anyways eventually she disabled her facebook later that year and nobody has heard from her. Her closest friends would reach out to me and ask me if I had heard from her which I never did.
I think around 2016 she finally made a brand new fb page. I was pretty annoyed that she just broke off contact with everybody that she knew back in the day. Regardless, it was kind of comforting knowing that she was possibly becoming more stable and was finally geting her shit together. My goal was that one day she would finally became sane enough and reach out to all her old friends (including me).
So the years went on and not much had changed. I saw on fb that she started college which was nice because i remember when I met her, she had gotten left back at her senior year of high school and never graduated because she had lost her mind and stopped attending completely. The reason we met was because her best friend at the time was in my class in college while she was still in HS. I remember I convinced her to go to school one week and her mom was super happy with me. She was actually really smart and had gotten into one of the best high schools here in New York. She had so much potential, it wouldve been stupid if she dropped out.
So in 2016 I saw that shes in college. She became the president of some club at the college which I thought was cool. I had told this entire entire story to quite a few people in my life. I started working at a new company in March 2019 and it was actually located very very close to where her old high school and psych ward are located. I take/took the train to work every day and when the train would stop at 14th street, it instantly took me back to 2009 when I would get off at this stop to visit her at the psych ward. And for a moment (every day) the thought would cross my mind like what if she gets on the train, what would happen? Would she even remember me since she had lost her mind?
The last time I was talking about Betty was in February of 2020. And ofcourse people wanted to see what she looked like so I would visit the fb page and then lately I noticed that it was showing "Remembering Betty Chan" and I thought oh here we go again..Same shit as before shes trying to disappear and pushing everybody away again. I didnt think too much of it for a while.
I decided to look her up again about 3 weeks ago. But since she hadnt posted or updated anything on her fb page since 2017, I started digging real hard on google and came across this:

This is the official college website so I dont think she would have access to edit it. It took me a few days to process this. Even though we hadnt talked in so long I feel bad for her family. It just sucks that she never got better and took her own life. Its wild that I even care after all this time but I feel like this whole situation has forever changed me lol i remember every detail of this entire situation. So anyways thats why I wanted to bring this thread back for one final update.

Well damn that sucks and it is the reality of mental illness, I had a very similar experience to you growing up, the relationship hurt me and a lot of friends and family severely until we went separate ways. I know even after 10+ years have passed that kind of news would be depressing, take it easy.

the brain consists of magnitude of billions of wires n connections, the occasional bad wiring happens and some can be helped with meds, unlucky others, not, nobody chooses this, nobody deserves to be cast out or bullied over it. Some parts of thread showed serious disrespect and stalking behaviour to be honest. I hope everyone can walk away a better and more caring person as that would be the only good thing to come out of this. And take an opportunity to, if u can, to call or talk to a person u worry about or think about, while u still can, especially in this covid time )

Yeah, it was callous.
Emotional connections are illogical and when someone (TC in this case) discover something like this about someone you cared about on some level it can bring forth ghosts of old feelings and memories which might not be at all pleasant.

Welp, not all that funny anymore, take care TC!
Makes me think of a friend of a friend that had an issue since he was born with his spine marrow.
Dude was supposed to be chair-bound at like 10, but went fuck it, did lots of rugby, was super positive, and despite the pain and all the meds, he remained active and all over the place, until one day it was just to much wear and tear, and the guy went downhill and died fast.
Here, it's way less tangible, and we don't know shit about brains. Maybe the way she was wired was some kind of cerebral path to self-destruction, and it only was a question of time until that wiring totaly took over, and drove her to kill herself.
And when that wiring is not acting up, I guess you could see glimpses of who she could be if "normal", and that gave you hope I guess...
