I have i5 3rd gen 16GB RAM and 2070 and couldn't play and use discord at the same time. I turn off notification and all monitoring game stuff and it helped a bit.
What helped me? I remembered that long ago, in C2D days, I used to run ProcessLasso app. I tried it again and it works. It didn't speed anything up, I didn't get new cores and shadows are not brighter or anything. But I don't have problem with stuttering with discord and alt-tabing when playing.
I have 2070 so I run all graphic settings on max in 1080p with rendering in 1440p, without blur and film grain. Game itself was already smooth, I just couldn't run anything besides it.

I mean I have no issue with bumping the thread to talk about the game because you just beat it or whatever. But what's the actual point of asking if it's been cracked yet? Do you think someone's just gonna be like "Oh shit bros I've had the crack all long and just forgot to upload it hahahah here u go"

Guys, why is the game on battle.net and not on Steam ? I know Activision is behind it of course, but this is their first title (i think) that is not on Steam and only on battle.net ...
Also why there are almost no options for cheap cd key for the game, its almost May ?

Had the same issues in Germany. Start your VPN (I use nordvpn) and switch to USA. My download speed went from 200B(yte)/s to 20MB/s |

You don't even have to use VPN. Change region and restart the client.
