South Vietnam was nothing but France's colonial dog. They even refused to hold a vote, to unite or not.

And "Commie dictatorship" in Vietnam? Have you ever even read or watched anything about Vietnam?

Or do you really think, it was ok to kill millions upon millions for their choice to be an independant nation, no matter under what political system?

South Vietnam was no longer a french banana republic by the time of the Vietnam War.

Also, many millions in the north and the south did not want to be ruled by a communist regime. Do those people matter to you?
