I've committed around 100 hours to this game back in the launch, but decided then to wait until it is more or less complete (and less buggy).
The economy simulation was so shitty back in the day... I setup a tons of miners for all resources... and I could alone make much more money by just doing rare crystal hunting (imo. they should replace the crystal hunting with something else... it's such a nobrainer to do that for a while in the beginning)

How is the game in its current state?
It was playable even after Split Vendetta expansion. Ofc some mods are needed to fix balance issues like VRO. I've played many hours without any bugs whatsoever. Oh and it's damn addictive.
