Terrible AI and broken ref. Visually also nothing special. Kind of makes your eyes bleed. Some of the players also have a jacked-up body and most of them have the same height.
The gameplay is so slow and feels unnatural. No fluidity. The ball is melon. Just another year of garbage with retarded AI (worse than FIFA's AI) and more scripted shite.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

+1
Tried the demo as well for the sake of completeness, after 0.4h it was already time to eShiftdelete 2020
As expected, all the budget was poured into modeling Siiuu's celebrations and the sponsored players' pre-game antics, leaving nothing for the actual game. The sense of utter obsolescence that both Pes and Fifa manage to emit gameplay-wise on a yearly basis truly is remarkable in their own slothful and indifferent way.
It's actually a shame how stale this series got. I was playing this shit HARD from PES 2014 all the way through PES 2018 and I bet I have north of 3k hours played in total.
2019 was meh and not much of a progression from 2018 so I yarred it, played a bit and ultimately abandoned it. Didn't even play a full season in master league.
But this shit is just absurd. I don't se ANY difference gameplay wise compared to 2019. No changes to the tactics aside from ONE additional strat - Anchoring. Oh piss off.
Cashgrab not even worth giving a fuck. Uninstalled after playing one half of an exhibition game.
PES LEGENDS : SEASON 2
it's not like every new iteration of PES or FIFA counted as a brand new game anyways.
specially recently they indeed felt like glorified datapacks with a new UI tacked on that they sold for 60$, so i guess konami just decided to drop the act and treat it like is.
That is of course if they don't charge 60$ for it.
UE in a football game is something that makes me curious, though it could backfire as it's happened with other genres. Hopefully the PC version will be the same as the nextgeez consoles and not some gimped ghetto hybrid

Come on PC can't handle nextgen surely you know that
I've fired up PES for the first time in over 2 years. What a dissapointment.
The game feels like it hasn't changed at all, but somehow it's clunkier, with the same AI issues but more jank, same commentary we've been hearing for years.
What's always been shitty was how limited the tactics options are and they're the same since.... 2017??
Why can't I give separate players separate instructions? Midfielders press, but wingers stay back. Righ back overlaps, but left stays back, and so on.
I was about to post it, haha. So now PES is officially called #eFootball™, will be F2P with only 9 teams at launch, no more yearly releases and will be engineered to offer cross-platform with mobile. Sounds terrific men
