Makoto is likely in due to Seth getting her air axe kick and that anti air punch moves of hers as an extender.
They've tweaked netcode a bit, but still could be a lot better. Set it to only 3 bars and up yesterday but forgot to set it to Ask, so I got thrown into a match against a Platinum guy who was teleporting all over the place because he had a 1 bar connection.
Or wacky things like me punching and it shows it hit him for a bit before correcting to him blocking or it was actually me getting hit.
And since he's lower ranked than me, that was an easy 100ish points lost. Been playing online since February this year and it seems I'm forever stuck in super plat.
