You won't be able to be part of Trauma Team per CDPR. V will not be able to officially join any faction or group. You are a mercenary who will just be doing jobs for them. You can get pretty close with some them, but never officially "rep" them.

Seems they are filling the game up with people I don't even know. Also, why are they so into adding real life whatevers in the game?
It's a no-talent pretty bimbo "journalist" that used to work for IGN. Remember the other one that was in Mass Effect? Same deal. IGN finds a pretty bimbo to be pretty and ... journal, then after a few years, they get rid of her and bring a new one. And somehow they smile their way into video games.
