He’s live streaming now crapping all over the game. I think most people know he’s not genuine and just scamming people for superchat donations but it’s totally entertaining watching the toxicity unfold as everyone trolls him. He’s just as combative with his callers and there are people who are new that probably believe everything he says.
May the NFOrce be with you always.

Another video? Hint: it's not new and the guy is making these on purpose that someone is triggered by it.

That's borderline sociopath behavior.

It's not crunch ...
https://wccftech.com/cyberpunk-2077-delayed-again-extra-work/
Quote: | CD Projekt Red mandated a paid extra day of work during the weekend for six weeks.
The Polish developer, however, apparently considered delaying the game again to avoid crunch.
CD Projekt Red did discuss a few possible options, including delaying Cyberpunk 2077 again. The vast majority of developers, however, did support the extra workday for six weeks, which isn't even seen as crunch due to the different views on the matter in Poland.
The whole crunch story seems to have been blown out of proportion, so much that one member of the development team was almost scared to celebrate the game going gold, despite being proud of the work done. |

At first I was like WCCFtech, it's likely false when thinking it didn't contribute to my own agenda. After further review, FUCK WCCFtech better be right for once.

Eh, just delay it. While disappointing... we're all grown ups no?

Lovely how they "really" wanted that extra day of work instead of a delay...

Here is how this likely went. Majority accepted the cruch, people found out about the crunch and whined as if it was their problem when it was none of their business (welcome to worthless 2020 with people so bored that they're growing fungus on their brains), media asks one or two people who didnt want that crunch, latches on and uses it as "no one wanted it or was asked"

Still not your business. Let the people who work there figure things out. |
Why are you so sure they can work things out (which is the issue with most of the crunch cases)?
And that's not me saying it is or it is not.

As long as they are not forced and are getting paid overtime properly, I don't see the problem. There are many companies exploiting employees and barely paying for normal work, I highly doubt a dev at CDPR is getting that treatment.

And assuming that's true, that's my only problem with this case.

Yep, because there is no problem.
Purple haired Twatter warriors act as if every single hour of work is torture. WTF.
I work in aerospace industry and every single projects gets into crunch time towards the finish line. Those projects are just too complex, involve too many groups of people, subcontractors all over the world, etc. It's not bad management or greedy capitalists, it's the simple fact that not all jobs are 9-5. Proper work-home balance is important, but sometimes you can't avoid it, and for the vast majority of people involved it's not a problem. And if you find yourself in the minority, you're free to walk away. People act as if it's slavery.

Don't forget it's mandatory but still inside the allowable working hours by Polish laws.
