I bit the bullet and bought it from CDKeys. I suppose I just have to wait now for the release of the key. I hope it's not dead on midnight (UK time.) The servers will be slow as hell I'd expect. Fingers crossed for a few days before so I can preload.

I'm ready with the refund trigger finger on Steam By the time this actually works without floating hands and eyes, I will be able to walk by in a store (no more pandemic ) and just pick a 3080 Ti Super from available stock of 1000s just in a single store!
(Currently 6 hours into the game on xbox series x and I just now got the title screen....this is a BIG game) Population density is wayyyy higher than I was expecting, runs at 60fps with some frame drops, the game is very buggy like repeated crashes, dialogue just not being played sometimes, I've had the controller become completely unresponsive for several seconds a dozen times or so, some serious ghosting on objects when moving quickly, animations just not working properly, screen flickering a lot, vehicles and npcs spawning and despawing out of thin air.
And TONS of repeating npcs. Like 3 identical npcs standing directly next to each other. The game REALLY needs a patch. This version is nowhere near close to ready. I'm just hoping that that patch is magic because damn. Severe jank. But when everything works right....Dude this game is amazing. It lives up to the hype. It really does.
They were not lying when they said it was not in a good state on Nov. 19th and that the Day 1 Patch is desperately needed
Hopefully the 43GB day one patch fixes a lot of that!
I just messaged them to see if we got the keys at midnight. Sadly not.... It'll be at some point during the 10th and they've no idea about a time I suppose that will be the same for all of these CDKey type places.

CDPR isn't selling keys to 3rd party key sellers, so all of these keys are being stripped out of physical editions.
Something tells me, the Yarr version will be out before people even can get into the legit one ^^
legit one is already out, but i guess in rather limited copies.. been several videos about it.
No idea if it's PC version too, if so then yes we will have a yarr version before most people have their bought copy.
Yeah the likes of Play-Asia and CDKeys are presumably going to need pallet loads, so I doubt they'll be getting early copies if it is just a handful of retailers sending out copies.
Yeah this whole thing is a clusterfuck. I'm not sure how they didn't anticipate this if the retail supply chain was already in motion when they made the last minute decision to push it back to December.
