I skimmed through his review. Said it's better to wait if you're able to because the game has a lot of issues that he expects to eventually be patched. The pew-pew is the highlight of the game play since the stealth is extremely easy and the AI is retarded and the hacking isn't as good as Watch Dogs: Legion. Also, according to him the Mass Effect games did a better job in giving you the ability to shape your character. Otherwise recommends the game.

When using RTX Pyscho it drops to 50-55 FPS.
Mouse smoothing feels a bit weird, there are a lot of options for this though (ramp-up time, etc), just feels different when coming from COD Cold War which is 1:1 responsive to your input. But I guess I'll get used to it or fine tune it later.
Edit: Difficulty can be adjusted when in-game from the main menu. Will reload from checkpoint but at least you are not locked into whatever you choose at the beginning.
