How do I use the Brain Dances I've bought? Got a ton from the sex shop but don't know how to use them from inventory.

Making it sound like expecting a system that is core to gameplay as the primary means of traversal be done well is demanding and asking too much from the company.
We're happy to roast Ubisoft for their half assed and lazy implementations, but no, must protect papa CDPR.

I think a lot of people have a lot of legit beef with this game, and that is OK.
But nothing comes close to how good this game looks for an open world title. It absolutely massacres hardware, but it looks really good, you can't take that away from it.
For me on ultra it runs just a tad bit worse than Valhalla did. Compare those two games.

It def looks better than watchdogs I give it that. And ok, ok I specialy started it to get a closer look. It looks great when sunlight falls between buildings and in buildings but without that hard light or neons the blandness creeps in for me. And I won't pick this topic no more.

The city looks gorgeous at night, however during the day it's nothing special.
Character models are really good though.. I don't mean generic NPCs roaming the city,obviously.

Bro, you don't need to worry about offending me, I am a firm believer of words can't hurt strangers over the internet principle. We don't have to agree on it. I am obviously just stating my opinion.
To be honest, I don't quite know, what to make of the game.
The AI is stupid, and the open world stuff are shallow - then again, I hardly care about that stuff. I generally get bored of open worlds, and much, much prefer a game to be focused. Like God of Ware on PS (I know it's from 2018, but I just got around to it, and it is a stellar game).
The shooting is OK, but fare from something like Doom - a proper shooter. Still miles ahead of Deus Ex, where shooting felt like shit, and I finished the game without ever shooting anything.
The RPG mechanics are OK, you can in fact make builds, and enemies hit like a truck on hardest, so I definitely have a build, and after around 15 hours I feel I grow in power, which is OK. But this is the problem always with RPG FPS hybrids, you can't have both worlds, so you usually end up being mediocre in both.
The writing is good. The writing is more crude than Witcher, but then so is the world, so you couldn't have it any other way.
This game is a lot harder to like that TW3, but it IS a good game.
And it looks awesome.

You can only do the ones that are there for story purposes.
It's probably a cut feature....

Worth-a-read negative review from Steam (with some good points):

I don't care about performance issues, or bugs. The game is good, playable, I can see the replayability, it's a decent game. But it's defenitely not Jesus' second coming.
I'm giving this negative review for one reason : CDPR lied. I can tell the difference between nonsense hype, and actual developer informations. Many things THEY stated, and said to be are NOT in the game.
First of all, after they said its an RPG game, yet after a time, they started to advertise the game as "action-adventure story", and this can be told after 10 hours of gameplay or so. Choices are fake lot of times, everything is railed into one ending. I can't be the V I wanna be.
"Deep" character customization. Lie. This customization is 2004 level. This customization is not "be whoever you wanna be". Faces are ugly, you have 4 tatoos, few percings. You can't change your body. Genital customization is important I guess, but I can't adjust muscles? Weight? Height? Cyber legs? Character customization is HUGE dissapointment. I don't think it's a big demand to have a better customization than a 2004 rpg game.
NPCs. CDPR stated they will handcraft 1000 unique NCPs with their own life, interactions, and daily routines. Lie. NPCs are 2004 gta level. They just walking around, or just stare. I see the same NPC after 3 sec of walking.
They stated the city will feel alive. Lie. I can't interact with anything, I can't talk to people, there are no random events like in RDR2 for example. I can't eat from food stands, I can't sit a bench.
They removed a lot of content they showed us (underground train, wall running etc). They promised a living, breathing, awesome night life city, and we got this dead, empty... thing. It looks nice, but this is not 2020 AAA level.
And the worst thing of all : Insane marketing, promises, delays. And after that they pay reviews, and wont let streamers and infulencers to show any console/own footage before release day. This is very shady, and dishonest. They KNEW the game will launch in this state, and they tried to cover it.
People praise this game, I don't understand why, this is a marketing faliure, a lie, a scam. I wouldn't have problem with the game at all if they would not marketing it as they did, and they did not release as it is. But they did.
Chinese dub is hella good tho.

gps route seriously needs to be put on the actual road; driving feels really cool but constantly switching your eyes from the road to the minimap is so annoying

I now understand what part of RT I liked, the reflections. It adds a great deal to the world IMO, everything looks flat without it once you test it on/off. I love it. I can still get a stable 60fps by turning it on and putting DLSS at Balanced instead of Quality. RT lighting at ultra looks really nice as well when you have sunlight, but it rapes performance. If this is where RT is going, it'll be awesome in a couple of years.
The HEX editing of the exe increased my CPU usage from an overall 20% to 50%. What exactly is happening though? There is no fps improvement.

Please look at the next and other game patch notes, also it wasnt hard to figure out that patch is gonna fix epilepsy warning as they announced and that it will have perf and crash fixes, they did mention some other stuff that didnt happen.
Obviously not even CDPR knows what its gonna be in the patch as they are fixing stuff and if its working and stable they will push it

I showed it to Epsilon and he got an extra 10FPS on his 3900x
