It depends if you enjoy authentic 80s movies.
Not ones that try to copy 80s style.
And a lot of people can't see the difference. They look at this and see hot tub time machine.

People seemed to hate this movie, personally I find superheros to be pretty meh and I usually pass on them but I watched this. To me it seemed on par to the first one, I have no idea what 1984 had to do with it I assume adults are the main audience because kids couldn't care less when its set. Anyway to me it was usual superhero movie fare, if you like them i'd imagine you would like this.

I thought Pedro Pascal was quite good in this, relatively different character to other roles he has played. I struggle to see any difference between this movie and the previous one, it even had that cringe / close to unwatchable opening sequence. Are people finally getting bored of superheroes?

Well, I've seen (and have) all superhero movies and I can easily say this is by far the worst. Never fast forwarded a movie like this and insta delete so fast. Boring, uninteresting, weak characters (the mandalorian did good though) and just weak. It's like they rushed it and didn't bother checkbox script.

Haha, the previous two movies that I had watched though were the critically acclaimed(tm) Infinity War and Black Panther from Marvel and to me they were just as terrible. The whole supebusiness just ain't my cup of tea, it's not a coincidence that the only production of late that I enjoyed is The Boys which actually ridicules the tropes associated with the genre |
