There was already at least one person complaining about it in the Nexus forum thread where the info was posted. Kind of funny they forget all those mods that make straight romance options in games available for same sex players. Guess some of them aren't big on equality after all.
Not sure if this was already posted, but to allow male V to romance Judy, you can set her romance flag to compatible via the console. You'll need Cyber Engine Tweaks in order to have a console past patch 1.04 - https://github.com/yamashi/CyberEngineTweaks Then open the console and enter:
Game.SetDebugFact("judy_romanceable",1)
You must enable it before starting her Pyramid Song side-quest. I presume that you also need to make the correct choices in the previous quest, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

@Areius Had the same one just yesterday but with some guy picking up stuff from the ground, he was lootable but kept the animation going, whacked him with the pistol
"In case if anyone still wonders : Cyberpunk 2077 DOES work with Windows 7.
I had to upgrade my NV drivers to 360.79. I installed the last C++ 2015-2019 version. I upgraded .NET to 4.72.
If you experienced crashes trying to launch the game, or during the first seconds when V looks into the mirror (StreetKid),
DELETE the GamePipelineLibrary.cache file in ... Application Data / CD Projekt RED / Cyberpunk 2077 / cache. (or delete simply the CD Projekt RED folder here)
And only THEN, try again.
I think this did the trick for me. (thanks to Dumass who confirmed having a working Win7 setup, that's why I didn't give up after days of trying)
I just arrived in V's apartment now but it didn't crash anymore. My rig isn't that powerful (i7 2700K + Geforce 1070Ti), but I set the graphics on high."
thanx for trying to help me, but it still crashes at startup. I ve tried to delete the last few auto-saves as well, but same result.
I guess i ll have to wait for patch 1.07 to try again
Difference being? Especially if it is reproducible? Same happened to me too.
(For me) a bug is something game breaking or altering, a glitch is a simple visual (or other) error, that has literally 0 impact on the game or my progress.
even if it was true obviously they would say it's untrue, not good if stuff like that comes out so they're doing what they have to. even if the info would be harmless it's not good if it looks like devs are leaking anything, it's very unprofessional for a company and they want to play in the big league now.
Not saying that means its true, but it also doesn't mean we can be sure it's 100% fake either. Do you all suddenly trust CDPR blindly?
Have I missed something regarding the lore or why exactly has NC and all the tech looked exactly the same from 2013->2077
Playing all these flashbacks makes it quite annoying.
I know that easy answer is overworking devs but perhaps they managed to cram in a proper answer.

I can't speak for act 3 cause I haven't started it yet (still finishing the important side quests), but so far I don't think I've seen that much detail about 2023 NC in those flashbacks that would allow me to compare.
It's kind of explained in the PnP Cyberpunk Red, which is set in 2045, and the World of Cyberpunk 2077 book. Basically the events of the 4th Corporate War, which culminated in the second Johnny flashback you see in the game, completely fucked the global economy over. There was essentially a global depression kind of like in the 30s and technology stagnated or regressed. Things started to pick back up in the 2060s so by the time of 2077 they are more less barely ahead of where things were in the 2020s.
Pretty stupid, but I assume this was down to Pondsmith wanting plenty of breathing room between his new PnP edition and CDPR's version of the setting, but at the same time 2077 had to more or less stick to the broad strokes of the 2020 PnP to make the most out of the IP.
