I just made a new account in Argentenia, turned on a VPN and paid with an American card. And it's technically $12.43.

That's correct, (sadly) playing nuHitman offline means that you can only start with the default equipment as the XP(ee) system isn't in place. I don't know if this S03 has the exact same structure as the previous seasons, though it most likely does. However, there is usually the possibility to grab and use someone else's save where all the items/suits are unlocked, which is the way I traditionally like to roll as I'm not really interested in any of the online features. 
Besides, Agent 47 is the most glorious killer in the world and is backed by multi-millionaires, he doesn't need to grind to unlock a rifle or buy a fancier rubber duck  |

This fixes an issue that caused the game to crash when earning achievements. Sorry about that!

nop. more like.. the game would crash when you were supposed to earn an achievement.

Well, gotta love this engine, runs pretty well on a not so gaming rig, I mean a fucking i3 9th Gen with 24GB RAM and 1050TI Strix and goes around 40/50 on Medium shits with High on Characters

ppl are saying that the codex rls does not contain hitman 1 and 2 but when i try to acces them, i can play them without a problem?

apaprently that was just people using CDX crack on their onw rips (which was missing some dlc files that allowed it) |

Haven't played a hitman game since hitman 1......got it installed and ready to go, but before I dive in, do you at LEAST have the option to go rambo style or do you HAVE to do stealth the entire game or most campaigns?
