There is a GL wrapper and patch for disciples 2, now it works on windows 10 without any problems with 16:9 resolution. Last time i played disciples 2 was 16 years a go. Okay

Nostalgia attack!

I have this on GOG, but suddenly I got an ich to install it off the CDs like in the good old dark age.

If you go to a certain Cesky upload site whose name starts with uloz, and enter 'disciples gold iso' in search, you get redump-verified images (for archival and academic purposes of course).

playing the 2nd game with the wrapper, works great, no crash in almost 20h Very Happy ; the first game randomly crashes when checking the objective but from i got its just the game, not because of the wrapper

ps fantastic old gem and also very long, a campaign can last 10h or more and gold edition has 6 or 8 campaigns i think

That's unfair. There are plenty of games that last for 50-150 hours, padded with a shit ton of checklist copy paste content. Laughing
