I think if you lock a game to 30fps and have 50-100% extra to prevent stuttering, in theory, 30 fps is fine unless you're playing an acradisch and fast FPS. But if a game needs all the gpu power to achieve 30fps, it's horrible. That's what you get when running the Medium on anything but a high end 30xx card.

Runs like shit with Raytracing enabled.
FPS drops when a new scene appears are horrible.
Without Raytracing and having fps set to 60 maximum it's manageable, this will need a patch to be enjoyable.
well its no wonder. You are basically running it twice... kinda. with a 3090 its smooth as butter when its only one screen, but definitely not when you suddenly got two.
somewhat of a combination. There are some puzzles (not difficult so far), chase scenes, but no actual combat. Game is pretty solid if you ask me
Game is made by layers of fear devs, so lets see if they've gotten out of the amnesia/psychological problems slouch they and more or less every horror walking sim developers are in.
Well ... GOG version unlike Gamepass starts in DX11 and that run so much better.
Not sure tho how to switch to DX12, same with Gamepass when there was no option to switch to DX11 either.
EDIT.: ok, it's about adding -dx12 under game .exe properties.

It's decent, reminds me a little of Silent Hill 1/2.
Once they fix the performance issue it will be fine.
Guys have talent, but they don't their own gfx engine that they could optimize.
The story is decent, but the gameplay is a freakin' drag. The puzzles are just simple, repetitive and boring. The horror aspect is pretty much non-existent and the performance is quite bad. I liked the music, Akira Yamaoka still got it!
Cool game men. I am scared. I was able to run the game nicely @1366x768 on the 980m, laptop. Cant do 1080p or it will go under 30fps, sometimes under 25fps with max settings.
I haven't tried Medium yet, but for those who don't find this game scary, or those who liked Bloober Team's first person games in general and crave for more, I highly recommend the game called Visage.
Wow, I haven't reached that area yet Storm. But it is a unique gameplay mechanic. I've never seen anything like it. If you like a good scare then this is your game.

Tried Visage, but since you open all the doors in the house and freeroam like a headless chicken with no sense of direction or clear objectives, i just lost all immersion.

I was playing it for like 3 hours, no items found, just candles and bulbs. Nothing happened.
