well gfn downgraded their gpus after the cyberpunk launch, so at the moment its not really worth it, wait til they bring 3xxx
i read xcloud will be locked to 30 fps so for sure isnt worth it, though on game selection would be the most powerful out there. Gfn is a joke lately , only boosteroid has some good recent AAAs
Can only be redeemed on new accounts (Game Pass), but can be used to convert Xbox gold/live whatever it's called into Ultimate time. Trial and error I guess

They was approached by MS after saying they was willing to sell, not out looking for MS specifically to buy them. They could have decided they didnt want to sell they like what they have and MS left a bad taste in their mouth for the implications of changes after acquired. Happens all the time, way over value companies not selling because they just decide not to, 1/2 way into talks after being approached.
Or not want to be known as the ones ruined by MS as a voice/chat platform (like skype).
There could be 101 reasons other than: Clearly the money is all important so they are either idiots, shifty, or both.

Big PC gaming news. Microsoft is shaking up the world of PC gaming by cutting the 30% fee it usually takes on PC games to just 12%. It's a bid to compete with Steam and entice game developers to the Windows store.
2 weeks ago I bought an usbc to hdmi adapter, so I could stream games on xcloud to my phone and to my 4k TV. Works well enough (with Samsung Dex), but is limited to WiFi.
And now I got invited into xcloud for PC and iOS beta
I can now use steam link to stream chrome to my apple tv4k and play xcloud games through it, via ethernet
It's simple, philly boy. "Others" have good and great games to bring to the PC, even if it's years later.
I'll take horizon, days gone and whatever is incoming years after the release over forza 400, gaylo 7, hurrs of durs 9, and whatever subpar crap microsoft has put out so far releasing simultaneously on PC too.
For now, that is.
