Man, all the money I spent in the arcade on trying to beat this game (I think I reached the final boss once and died.. and then being told that you have to beat the game twice to actually complete it). Didn't like the sequel as much. Never played it on a console, only on the speccy, c64 and amiga (the latter which was basically a perfect 1:1 version of the arcade) and in MAME. Definitely a great game while being ridiculously frustrating due to it's extreme difficulty in certain levels, requiring you to memorize every single baddie that isn't randomly spawned.
Less than 40 deaths per each 2 first levels... The pain is real and the biggest issue is THE RED FUCKING FLYING DEVIL

So for shits and giggles, since I sold my video card and only have my onboard intel whatever, I was curious. I can run Overwatch at a garbage 30FPS but still playable with certain characters. I cannot in fact run this game at all, with it's glorious 5FPS lol

It's such a videocard drought out there now... Even my 970GTX and 1070Ti have excellent buy prices right now. Too bad, though, that these prices are nowhere near the 3000 EURO prices of RTX 3xxx cards...

Had Auorus 1080ti and sold it for 720 bucks. Never going to get this kinda money for it again and nothing is coming out on PC that even remotely looks interesting enough for me to not jumo on it. Bought a nintendo switch a few weeks also and been having a blast with it.
Finished the game on the difficulty below Legendary. Not sure what'd the differences be but i had checkpoints and that's fine for me
