the design looks super clumsy, and oversized by at least 33% (handels and screen bezels) , the chineze alternatives are already on a second or third generation, they will get my money when this next failed valve prokject thing drives base models prices down

It's not disable, it would tell so otherwise. It's just not working currently. But buying gift card codes from 3rd party resellers works just fine and the prices are very correct (10usd for 1000ars for example).

Not sure where you're finding 1000 ARS cards for 10 usd, kinguin, gamivo, g2a, eneba have them for 12 and more. Even seagm which I use (9,74 eur/1000 ARS currently+ lower processing fees than the above) is closer to 12 usd than 10.
I'm not counting prices you get with some discount available only for premium members.

Yeah considering how inflated EU and US/CA prices are i just don't care anymore anyway bought some Argentinian wallet codes for me and and some Canadian ones for my Brother of Eneba, if they want to fuck around again i just resort to the grey market as always so fuck them.

The game is 34 USD cheaper.
Normaly you'd have to buy only around 26USD worth of ARS. With the recent changes you pay 29-30 USD for 2500 ARS for a gift card on a third party store.
So you pay 3-4 USD more you would, but you save 30 USD. Still a good deal.
