Yeah, that's why the 154x/157x-drives were so expensive. They were basically 8-bit computers by themselves (same 6502 CPU and it's own RAM). I watched some c64 demos back in the day that used the drives built-in mini-computer to do some neat things. I also remember the "music" players that abused the drive head motor to create sound. Most magazines at the time warned that it could break your drive but I never heard of it happening to anyone. This is next-level though since the drive doesn't have a VIC-II (graphics) chip which means timing, sync and output is all manually coded. I've even seen youtube clips of people using the simple electronics in a fridge to create some really cool demos.

Btw, I used to spell received like you do (recieved) since the word is pronounced like that.. but no, the actual spelling would sound more like "re-sayvd".
And while I can understand Rogan, a celebrated MMA Champion, looking down on the WWF and believing real injuries were faked in order to crystalise an audience and such (which were for me the poorest 'damning' parts of that "fake", because I would, and let's not lie, you too would think that wrestling is a mindless show).
His whole point was that it's hard to get excited watching BS, set-up fights.
Which is totally true. Yet he did dismiss that those people might go through bodily harm in order to perform.
And Joe Rogan, like anybody else, might be liable of the following "only idiots don't change their minds".
But in this case, as in many, the point is just that he talks from both sides of his mouth, and that's why he's a cunt. His show is only interesting for what the other person says, since he has proven to be just a weathercock in windy weather.
