I've long since stopped watching/reading stuff from the journo&tubeworld but I still enjoy ol' Yahtzee, he just does his own classic thing without caring about anything in the world and that's admirable. It doesn't even matter whether I agree with him or not, the consistency of his format and of course the humour are timeless to me.

Yeah, even if he's not a gamejourno per se like Jim(bolina ), his reviews are still pretty entertaining. He also seems to be doing what he always wanted/chased with his mildly successful books and even trying his hand at some game development.
@paxaxa: no way I'm seeing even the old videos (too painful men ), I just went to the channel to grab the link for the new one and was greeted by that "magnificent" thumbnail, then warped to the beginning of the playlist to get the oldest there was just to set up the comparison.

Why the fuck is tech and tech-adjacent becoming THE magnet for all the trans? Consider the percentage of trans "folx" from the general population, you quickly notice how disproportionately more of them is in the tech sector (and most of them seem to wear blue or pink hair for some reason ). A lot of these people are older men, who suddenly or not suddenly need a change. I wonder how much of this is due to unfulfilled life or relationships.
Rick Beato (well known music engineer/producer and a great guitarist as well as author of many books and manuals on music theory etc.) shows why it's so difficult for left-handed to to right-handed things and vice versa as well as showing how ambidextrous people can do both and also explaining cross-dominance (ie. people that are pseudo-ambidextrous, ie. does certain things left-handed and other things right-handed but can't do the same thing with both like ambidextrous people can).

My hypothesis is that the world is so confusing after the social LHBTQ+ transformation of the western world happened that some people have become confused about who and what they are and it's more of a lifestyle choice than anything else. Imagine being a somewhat insecure adolescent/teen today going through puberty and the confusion some of them must feel. Oh well, it is what it is and I personally don't care unless it becomes overbearing or they turn it into political activism which fucks up movies, games etc.
