With Tomaszkiewicz gone, Badowski remains the last CDPR developer who had a big creative role in all their games since TW1.
Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz is still there and he had a hand in The Witcher 1 EE, and then was a quest designer for Witcher 2 and 3, Thronebreaker and Cyberpunk.

An elegant way to part with someone is to allow them to leave by themselves instead of damaging they further through a public official layoff. And I bet that guy had enough contribution in the CD Red family to be allowed the said choice.

You also need to learn to read twice a statement, since once doesn't seem to be enough. No one said that 'everyone at a workplace is an asshole'.

Some improvements are very much welcomed, indeed. But when you start stretching it beyond mod version 'insert questionable number here' - also for the sake of Patreon, perhaps - it isn't fun anymore.
Just look at the vid. It's like the kid that discovered wordart and HAS to use EVERY page transition effect powerpoint has to offer Maybe cdpr will ask for some rock and fruit textures or the models of some of his assets... Anything would mess with their artistic direction and would be a spit into the face of their actual and very competent art staff.

I only saw one transition type and it made sense for what he's trying to show.
The art direction is well within the range of the original art, nothing that sticks out, at least not in that video..
