that retarded fuck has done the same when it comes to Trump and several others, dug up old shit which they've said or done, and far older than 4 years.. overall i think the Right needs to get a lot tougher against these leftist nut jobs, but not to the degree of celebrating and that sort of shit, that's low.
always need to bring political leaning into tragic events like this... don't you ever get tired of the stupid right vs left nonsense?? I know I am sick of it..
he's probably the most outspoken (even promoting violence) people in hollywood when it comes to politics so people will use this against him.. absolute dirt bag of a person.
it's more than a tragic event, this looks like someone possibly could face some jail time since it was not the first time this happened on the set (fortunately no one got hurt the previous times).

Baldwin is a scumbag, and I'm not talking about his political stance. Just garbage human by all accounts. Listen to how he talks to his eleven-year-old daughter.
Thought they learned their lesson with the Brandon Lee incident back in the day, guess not then.
They did. Lol. That's why there are procedures in place. Gun goes from prop master to actor back to prop master. Third party ain't allowed to touch it. Even if you're just a pa. Maybe an assistant to the prop master but that's about it. The more hands that touch the gun, the less trust. From what I read, trust was put in cheaper labour (and I hope to god that isn't the case, the ramifications of that for future movies will be a miserable spectacle.)
I've been following this bit on twitter and so many people are mocking Alec for it because of the hate they've been getting for the past 6 years and his history with wamen. Especially Adam Baldwin who worked on shows/movies with guns all the time and knows what happens on set. even the bald Tim pool. Throwing the word negligent around like it means anything in this scenario. Unless you're versed in prop guns, you cannot tell the difference between a live round and a blank. If a shot calls for you to shoot someone, you aim and shoot and you act like you've got intent to kill and you damn well know you ain't gonna kill. So what gun safety are they talking about? Don't pull the trigger until you have to? So you still end up killing someone. But this time it's filmed? They're all fucking morons.
Blanks can cause damage really close range. It's an explosion. It's why when actors be using blanks they're usually a distance away from an actor they gotta shoot. Safety on set especially when using guns is ridiculous. And everyone should be aware of that when they make shitty ass statements.
Of course, it's 2021, I forgot, and no one gives a fuckin damn, so please forgive me.
You are forgiven. We have enough people telling others how they feel or should feel aready these days.
Yes we all should behave like a Dostoevsky novel. Cold. Distant. Etc. Etc. Etc. While I agree too many people pretend to feel how others feel because they're not capable of showing genuine emotion, but in situations such as these I think it is ok to sympathize. It's ok to be human sometimes. It's also ok to cut through the pretentious bull shit drama people put on.
It's going to be interesting to see what happens to the prop master. i wonder if Baldwin (who's one of the producers of the movie) also could face trouble, e.g not taking safety seriously at all on the set with a portion of the staff walking away due to it.
why was firing it during a rehearsal (which is reported it was) even a thing i wonder?
Looks like you never worked on set. Or in any theatrical production. Or anything really in the industry.

Like stfu.
i just follow the news like everyone else so stfu, not against the law to wonder or speculate even if you didn't work on the set, and I highly doubt you know more than anyone else.

News is saying accidental discharge.
Workplace safety issues.
Prop master replaced.
Crew walk out.
AD was not aware the gun had live rounds.
Alec was handed gun unaware of live rounds.
Alec fired gun.
Person died.
That is the story. what the fuck are you speculating?! He willingly fired a gun with intent to kill? A gun that should never be able to kill? A gun that is usually checked several times to make sure it doesn't have live rounds? Explain your idiotic thought process please.
Do you think they use live rounds in every single file shoot? (If you say yes then you're retarded)
Do you believe every actor needs to be versed in gun safety? (If you say yes then I have a beachfront property to sell you)
Especially when there should be absolutely no danger in firing a prop gun? (If you say yes then I have a bridge to sell you)
The only actual danger is in the stunt department and prop explosives. And the safety that comes with it is more than you'll get at your job.
Please you can hate Alec all you want. Treat him as a piece of shit, scumbag libtard whatever. At the end of the day he's a human being that took a life. And it wasn't his fault.
Accidental discharge doesn't need to exclude repercussions.
i find it pretty amazing that you can be triggered by something so casual as saying someone might get in trouble for another person's death maybe look elsewhere for your nonsensical "feuds", we're not interested.
It's also interesting that you have to put in a lot of "if you believe" when i've never said any of it, if you have to come up with your own arguments to fight your own arguments, then maybe stfu.. you do this very often.
You're speculating idiocy without being aware of what steps are taken to ensure safety on set.
End of it all environment was not safe.
Baldwin as a producer is at fault for that. Stop the shoot, find decent replacement continue the shoot.
Prop master left set.
Prop master was replaced.
Crew left the set due to safety concerns.
Red flags all over the place.
It still isn't Baldwin's fault for killing unless he was aware of live ammo and still pulled the trigger.
The right is attacking him for something that was not in his control.
Did you find that on Baldwin's twitter account together with that post where he's asking how it would feel to "accidentally shoot someone"?
Maybe he'll tune down a notch.... or maybe it'll just make him more angry, i honestly have no idea how these people are wired..
You get triggered so damn easily by social media and the same old repetitive 2-dimensional left-right schism while preaching your pro-right anti-lib/anti-leftist religious nonsense. You're the far right version of the far left nitwits.
And who cares if Alec Baldwin is a dickhead? We've known that for years and it's got nothing to do with politics or ideology. Who cares about whatever bullshit he's posting?
After posting this message I'll split all the nonsense posts to another sub forum or perhaps just delete it altogether (including my own posts obviously).
1) i'm not "triggered" just because you say i am. How is that post being "triggered"? Because i made an argument?
2) where am i preaching? Quote me. Oh, you can't... that's curious.
3) Of course people care what he's posted in the past or present. Would you moderate a thread about Trump in the same way? No you wouldn't.
4) Something isn't "nonsense" just because it's not to your specific or political liking. How is dethy's post less nonsense? His post is about Dick Cheney. You are not very convincing as a moderator and you shouldn't be one either since you are weighing in people's political opinions when it comes to what stays and what goes.

"Just to correct the narrative here, the assistant director is the one who took the gun without communication with the armorer (who wasn't on set) and did not confirm a test fire before calling it a cold gun and handing it to an actor. Those violations and fault lie with him."
