But did you make an argument? You're speculating in classic predjudices on sexual deviants sex drive (and its a classic, the insert minority here have an unusual sex drive) and then saying you "haven't read up" and that there is "most likely no correlation". So its BS. And then you're wondering why I'm laughing.
The whole setup is a classic, "I don't know, but it could be." piece of garbage reflection that just serves to push a predjudice against a certain group of people, queers in this example. But I don't know. Maybe, could be, I haven't, you know, read up on it. Most likely its a coincidence. But you know, the thought is out there. I heard people saying. Someone tweeted about it.

@couleur I agree.
It's a bit of a myth perpetuation based off hearsay agreed with because of lack of knowledge and the false link made from it:
'Other people' X have a higher sex drive, hence why they go after underaged because it makes them so mad with desire they cannot control it. (like they used for blacks, mexicans, insert minority you feel has more 'brain not right/more primitive than ours' here).
And I find it odd the subject of this thread quickly goes from what was done, right to somehow the perpetrator is the real victim here (or lack of being equally treated as the other predators).
Not a single mention of the teen as the victim of the predator. But how the predators or who they work for are being treated by what is a niche part of the media as a whole. Because it's not the person that did it that is the issue..it's the media that covers it thats the real villain here.

No i was asking in case someone had read e.g some research in the field because i found it odd how it seemingly is so often boys. A laughing smiley is a poor attempt of an argument to that question. And yes there are some differences in sex drive when it comes to sexual orientation, i linked to the research i found on pubmed.
It's not strange that the thread derails when DXwarlock participates  there's never been a thread on here where i write a post and since i made the post he find it his life goal to spend the next days arguing, about whatever. here he has to come up with total lies;
No one has said the predator is the real victim.
you claimed that it's boys because it's more interesting reading material yet you could never figure out how you would make that argument work when i asked if they're then targeting gays you were done.. you're an absolut idiot. /thread

Your article, if you had cared to read the abstract doesn’t show any argument to support the stereotype you hinted at whatsoever. Also you are using the word argument wrong as long as you don’t use any justification to your stereotype. I was never trying to make an argument, I‘m laughing (the smiley) at your stereotype of the sexual deviants sex drives.
Formulating stereotypes, suggestions, suggestive questions, prejudices or opinions is not an argument. Why would I need to formulate an argument in response? Especially if your opinion is a classic stereotype. Even if you didn’t know it was.
Even the basis of your question „why is it so often boys?“ is absurd. How do you know its not more often girls? Based on what you perceive on the internet? A study? More bullshit generalizations?

my question was just that, if someone perhaps had read some research (didn't know if there was any, so i googled, it was more helpful than your laughing smiley anyways). and like i said so many times, i have no idea if that's the truth, its 100% from personal experience... DX continued to argue like it is the case, and it's medias fault. but still media aren't targeting them(!) then when i ask how "Im saying its more audience engrossing and compelling details to report on." It's a circle argument that just doesn't work.
anyways. feel free to discuss, i just don't have time for stuff like above, its a total waste of time.

I never argued it was the case. I argued people, not the media, drives which of the two is 'bigger' news by which they react to more.
And that the gay pedo gets more attention (for some reason), not that it's more common.
My statement was the ratio of predators and the type they go after, is about the same as the proportion of general population and sexual orientation.
And when it comes to the type of people that like to/actively enjoy thumbing noses and looking down on those that do wrong, when hearing about them one is more 'vile' and easier to point out they are 2x the perverse freak (pedo AND gay). Leading to it being more publicly spoke about once revealed, leading to situations like you are in where you think it happens more...not just its talked about more.
If it's unclear what the answer (or at least my answer) is it is this:
NO gay do not have some supernatural human sex drive that 'drives' them to do pedo stuff.
There is an order of magnitude more female child predators than male child predators. But people linger on the 'gay sex stuff' ones longer.
Again like here in US:
Male staffer was accused of molesting Olympic female gymnasts, what was it about 6 month ago? Big deal about it..people came forth. He was fired and we went "Wow..ok anyway" and shit moved on.
Male coach accused of molesting college football players over a year ago? he was fired and he is STILL talked about and made fun of by football fans as the butt of 'sick gay' jokes.
Ask the average American both their names..they will know the coaches, they won't remember the first one.
No idea why myself one is worse, the sick fuck part is the important part. gay dont matter. But good old american Christian stigma of gays and used as an example of how gays are not natural, and different..and 'see? they do weird shit'.
Another example of how 'gayness' makes sexual news more lasting: TONS of stars sleep with escorts. When caught its a few days news, if anyone cares at all to start with. Eddie Murphy caught with a tranny 30 years ago? EVERYONE talked about it for years. Go google it they are still writing articles about it with the date of 2017 and is the first result.
Just because it's talked about more and longer, doesn't mean it happens more. Just people focus on it more.
