You say climate isnt a thing. It's just a name for a set of criteria humans picked. Well to follow that logic, Humans are not a thing. it's just a set of criteria of how clumps of chemical reactions and matter combine in a particular arrangement that we picked to name that. Does that mean 99% of your arguments about human behavior is nullified? Because your models are not based on everything. It's only based on the narrow scope of the matter in the universe we labeled 'human'.

And he's agree with you cause he says that. Psychology works but not for everyone. People are different. Not everything will work on them. He says this. So it's not gotcha as you think it is.
He's not wrong though but he isn't right either. He uses finality of words. He sucks at speaking laymen. He's too Gucci in his intellect. He's the smartest guy in the room filled with mirrors.

Rogan had some questionable guests in the past but there were enough decent talks to offset the crazies, until like around 2 years back when he went full retard and since then he's had one conspiracy idiot after the other on the show I just nope'd out.
He is just a big fucking grifter at this point and I cant handle even 1 minute of any of his current shithead guests.

No my argument is the same as his. I am saying his psychology analysis does not work at all [not that it sometimes works] since it doesn't include everything since it too complex to do so, like the climate argument he claims. Because it also is 'only a narrow set of criteria we label as a thing'. and I feel he saying it is missing parts with no knowledge into the field it covers to know what important 'whole' it is.
His dismissal of the whole, is the same as my dismissal of his whole.
If a man with no degree in climatology can dismiss the claims because he says the whole is not considered. Me without a psychology degree can dismiss his because the whole is not considered.
If he can make claims with no study into the field of what the 'whole' is. I can do the same..no? he cannot rebuttal my argument without nullifying his own by the same merit.
There is things he says, in his field of expertise, I tentatively agree with. This is not one of them and it's not his expertise.
The day I start taking climate science advice from a clinical psychologist major over actual climatologists is the day someone should slap me. Too many people equate: Smarter than me = Knowledgeable in everything.
