I´m loving this so far!. Sure it has balance issues due to its weird nature and the way the story develops is so...weird as well; But it´s still very fun after 30 hours or so, which hasn´t happened much in the last years for me. I just wish I had more time to play it :/

So far these are the only ones I didn't "solo, no horse run"ed. lvl10 mimic tear is just too much for most boss fights, but for these it feels just right

How do you ride sheep? I was fighting one of those giant dog things and accidentally pressed something while I was rolling around and I ended up on a sheep. Can't figure out how to do it again

But satire or not, he makes an excellent point about the presentation of the lore and story being garbage. It's a very good game, but trying to piece things together with so many unknowns is poor storytelling, and on top of that is Derp R R Martin's name. How did that help? It's as cohesive as the previous games, no part of it makes me think he had anything to do with the writing.

Cant fully agree on that, i mean the story telling is there for you to explore. I like this minimalistic style of the game as its different from the usual mainstream shit.
I just saw a video today from BeHaind (german) on youtube where he talked about open worlds in general and used elden ring as an example and he was spot on. If youre interested check youtube and use subs if necessary.
