Is it possible to get Gary's mod to work, without steam?

I have a copy of the game (from Provision if im right)
It uses a small menu that lets you choose between HL2, HL1 source, ect.

Maybe its possible in a shortcut kinda way: "C:\Program Files\Valve\Half Life 2.exe" -?????

I have the vengeance version, i think with provision version it will not work, because u need the gcfs and the provison version is extracted. Download cue-steam to download the gcfs
then rat-steam to play offline all games, garrys mod too.
And u must download a crack for garrys mod too.

PVN hasn't released anything but that Collectors Ed. iSO & Red Orchestra. No GCF's are needed.

Just place the gmod folder in emp-hl2 or whereever and use hl2.exe -game gmod . If you can't get it to work, go over to no-steam.org and look for help in the topic "how to get mod on emporio release" or w/e the name is..something to that effect.

EDIT: Or you could just use their Launcher:
Code:
http://rapidshare.de/files/14942828/Launcher.rar.html

Nothing illegal in there to those who might think otherwise.
