Gaming chairs are very overrated and often of bad quality, now i have IKEA Markus, had it for at least 3 years, still great, best chair i've had, big and comfy.
I do prefer to game from bed overall though, even with mouse/keyb - half sitting, it's by far the most comfortable way for any extended period.
Chair that vibrates, useless and gimmicky. I had something like that in the 90's.
If you still have the original head strap for quest 2 i would advice to get a new, BOBOVR M2 Pro has battery and is great.
HOTAS is cool if you're into any games that makes use of it.

Quality headphones and if necessary DAC and amp for it. HD600s or the like. Some nice bookshelf speakers if you have a big desk too when the mood strikes.

Same
1440p 27" monitor as close as it would be on a desk, mounted to my side stand on a swing arm. Mouse + keyboard. No heat like a laptop would give. So good.
I originally set this up when I injured my back last year, but I've kept it ever since

Isn't there a delay in controls with the wireless mouse and keyboard?
I only use wired accessories.

Wireless devices with dedicated dongles are better than bluetooth junk
It also depends on what you're playing, most games aren't a problem with wireless KB/M
Having said that... I mainly keep my wireless things plugged in via USB as I forget to charge them a lot

wireless can have better latency, i saw a test like 2 years ago, the one with the least latency was PS4 controller (if used wireless), they tried some different controllers, plugged in and wireless.

Buy a mister fpga and an mt32-pi. Grate for retro gaming and sound in older games.

In a market for a new office chair, TV and second xbox wireless controller.
For TV need to adjust some furniture a bit, for controller just need to find some time and go to shop. For office chair I have too many requirements and not enough time to visit all those stores.

My take on this whole "accessories" stuff:
The few the better. When I see something I will keep thinking to myself, "another garbage that will take up space, needs to be maintained/cleaned etc".
One of the main reasons I bought the quest 2 is that it doesn't need any stand or camera.
So my setup: monitor, KB Mouse, Speakers, headset and thats it. Nothing else.

Technically? Yes. Practically. Not usually.
There is some delay, but it so miniscule that for all but hyper trained FPS 'twitch firing' type top tier players being able to 'guess' more than the 50% average random chance when its wireless. Your monitors refresh rate (unless doing 244 hz or something) of displaying a new frame usually is longer than the click->process->act of the wireless to PC interface for all but the cheapest of options.
Someone a year or so back, can't remember who did a slo-mo camera record of wireless mouse/keyboard to displayed action on screen, with the mouse click and keyboard press activated by wiring directly into the switch and activated by Arduino to eliminate human errors and 'judging' when the click/press happened. With an LED next to the screen to light up when mouse fired, so you could see when clicked vs when game reacted.
The delay was more than wired, but it was so small it was practically impossible to tell a difference on a human user level.
They even did tests with users, with a control group and a group that was told it was wireless when it was not (and vice versa). Using a mouse that was in a covered box with cloth they slipped their hand into.
And most of the test group saw implied delay in shooting in a game when they THOUGHT it was wireless, when it was not. Blaming missed shots on the delay..when they didn't know the mouse was really wired. And attritbing doing good in one round to it being because it was wired, when 1/2 the time they did good it was not.
