Apperantly Prince of Persia 2 is due in November 2004.
Damn I cant wait, the 1st one was amazing, had a blast playing it, cant wait for the 2nd one.

It looks almost exactly the same, graphically and gameplay wise as the first sands of time.

bah I saw the E3 trailer and it seem to suck.... graphics are exactly the same as the Sand of Time and the gameplay seem much more based on combat action than platform action.... and the combat action in the Sand of Time was really gay it's the only thing who stopped us from really enjoy the platform part

Anyway, I hope the make this one a bit less repetitive than POP:SOT. I also hope they get rid of the annoying bits where you have to fight about a million respawning enemies like that fucking elevator that was about 80% through the last one.

Well the combat was simplistic and boring, they really should improve on it, it was regular console kiddie combat.

I downloaded the first one cause it looked cool....couldnt get the hang of playing it with the key board and mouse within 15 min so I gave up =/

I don't think it's gonna be very different than the first one, probably the combat will be something improved although i didnt find it bad in the first one. Its good to see the prince back(in style) after the two games in the early 90s. I remember playing the first PoP on my cousin's Amstrad 6128 and then later on my first pc. I think i was 12 back then and used to think the animation was amazing lol. Can't wait for wait sands of time 2...

I just want some new levels, I enjoyed POP SOT so much I finished it twice, and prolly will start playing again to finish it one more time before the 2nd one comes out.

It wasnt repetitive at all, wtf are you talking about ?? its was great, the 2nd one looks to be even better.

if that is how you put it then every game is repetitive; Battlefield, rainbow six, mafia, halo, xiii, call of duty, hell even grand theft auto and many more. Fuck. It's all the same rubbish just different environments! All games just stench of repetitiveness  Wait till a game that comes out that combines, fps, rts, rpg, and 3rd person into one. Then it still will be repetitive because heck you’re the same character through out the whole game and just have two weapons. !
The fact is if a new genre of game play were to come out sooner or later people will criticize it for being too unique. No one would play it because it's different! No good reviews would come out because heck who wants to play a game that takes about an hour to learn the basic controls. And no longer would any game of that genre would come out. At this day and age people don't like to try new things. Sad but true  You may state otherwise but it’s true. If you love racing games you won’t like first person shooters. And if you’re an action game fan you will hate racing games for being boring, or even soccer games for being too realistic.
