RE4 is the type of game that you buy. Plain and simple. I hate Starforce to death and I never purchased a single game protected with fagforce, but if RE4 has Fagforce, that will be the first I will buy.
I own RE4 for the G-Cube and the PS2 it is by far one of the greatest games ever made. If they port it well, which I think they will. I will be buying this game just like I bought it for the G-Cube, Starforce or not.
I cant wait to see this game in High Res with Graphics Maxed out, damn its going to look sweet. |

Actually I got the GameCube version for Free when buying another game. Second I didnt pay for the Ps2 Version as it was a scene release. Note that I said I bought it for the G-Cube and not the PS2. And last, since I didn't pay for any of the console versions of RE4, I think Capcom deserves my money for the PC version, even though I already own it for Two console Systems.

Ah it has been delayed. Onimusha 3 to march 14, and DMC 3 SE and RE 4 April 28 at the earliest. So, i just bought a ps2 and god of war for about 55 US, god of war included, and bought resident evil 4 and DMC 3 SE for about 60 US. First the games are far superior on ps2 as i imagine the ports will have a lot of console remains, see onimusha 3 (port=kinda shitty). I kinda stopped playing PC games after i got my ps2 lol, doesn't feel right playing at the comp anymore. Anyways, hope that doesn't upset any of u (the new rls dates).

by gameplay u mean gamepad  ,i got it & it's not worse than console has
also i'd rather install game in couple of minutes ones than loading it from disk al the time coz loadings on pc is much faster,but thats just me,i don't realy appreciate masachism of loading screens  |
not gamepad, as i said gamePLAY.
the games availabe on consoles are clearly different from pc games, the focus here is
on gameplay more than graphics, regarding pc games its vice versa.
ah well this is a neverending argument anyway. |

Bah haha i didn't mean to spur an argument about consoles vs. PC. And yeah onimusha was scene rlsd, but it wasn't the ubisoft v. (or at least i hope not). And in terms of consoles vs. pc...iunno, sitting @ ur computer by urself, playing a game is kinda gay. Like whenever i have buddies over and we take turns playing some games it's always akward. On a ps2 or xbox it's just better, u gotz the couch, the food, the buddies, and u all just talk n' play games n' chill. Honestly, i play on a shit TV with a shit resolution. I have good 42 LCD projection downstairs but who cares, i just sit far away form my shit TV so i can't really notice the bad gfx on the ps2. PC i'd definately prefer playing games like fear, or even oblivion bcz i just think it will play more confortably on PC. I guess when a good PC game comes out it's for a hardcore PC gamer, the console games are more mainstream, but then again there is numerous multiplatform releases. But to conclude, if u want good gfx with high res, go PC. if u wanna have a good time with ur friends or just chill n' enjoy urself on the couch, go with console.
