All the various sanitizations for the offendratrons and chicas latinxas aside, there's a game that has lost its leads and most likely its identity as well, one that "will evolve over time, adding new cities" which sounds scarily like gaas and who knows what else is brewing in the $hark cauldron. So yeah, my expectations have been kept on low for a while now. Maybe the scenario won't be as bad, but there's no reason to be optimistic either.
It's always funny to see a company like Rockstar making little concessions like these. The makers of GTA, Bully and Manhunt. They fit in perfectly with everything they once parodied.

If the "censorship" (ugh, another void and null word like 'nazi') of the derpstation 5 edition hadn't happened, you might be on to something.
But that along with this doesn't bode that well for the future of the series, at least in the fun take-shots-at-dumb-shit aspect that the series always was known for, the rest might still be there.

After seeing what kind of graphical fidelity UE5 playable Matrix tech demo had at times, i think it is possible, but i dont have any hope left for 95% of modern game studios, its all about early access or item shop shit.

They're mainly from one source, who had a lot of subs the last time i checked, which means they've easily done a million dollar by now. They're probably more profitable than many actual game studios.
When A.I and many other mechanics are added i guess performance won't be like this, which means graphics will have to be toned down. It's been like that since 3D was a thing with incredible 3D showcases and games that looks nothing like it. I do think this will look great but perhaps not as good.

well according to streamers covering the rumors who play GTA online and experience the new content that comes out. they do indicate that the writing is more on the softer side.
