Seems so few games in this concept - single-player "somewhat-survival" zombie games in open-world. And zombie games have been so exploited but guess the focus is more on multiplayer and/or co-op for the last decade.
From this list with 7+/10 score in Steam I see only Dying Light, State of Decay, Dead Rising, Days Gone, How to Survive and "The_Forever_in_Alpha" - Project Zomboid and 7 Days to Die.
From those I never heard before Dysmantle, Walking Zombie 2 look interesting. The Final Station, which I think was given free on Epic Store, too but it's different.

Yeah I imagine/hope there will be a way (either official or ghetto-style) to make the Bulletstorm-y HUD less invasive, same with the frequent silly slooow-mo kill moves and quick-time events. I expect all the dialogues to be from Cringeland, but at least the dynamic dismemberment system looks nice. And the game has guns, DL2 would never. Will happily Yarr in due time
