I skimmed through the full-game stream. Horror/stealth focus at the beginning, with more action as the game progresses. It reminded me of The Evil Within 1's progression into a shooting gallery. Aesthetically the environments from the later sections remind me of Dead Space 3.

The character walking/running animation is equally retarded as the ME:A one (and you can find my rant for that animation on the ME:A thread ).

I agree that graphics are great but like always animations are what makes it look like "just another game", very robotic. Maybe in another 20 years, but maybe not since no one will give it any kind of critique, so there's zero need for developers to do anything about it.
For animations, to me it looks like they purposefully mimicked Isaacs animation from Dead Space. The running looks very similar.
everything looks like a copy paste dead space mechanic, which in this case is a good thing. if you would put the dead space helmet on his head nobody would know this is a different game
