From the launcher I had no issues. Never tried claiming the freebies from browser and I try now and can't even login too. Check with the launcher.

what a trainwreck. got myself a copy and prolly gonna play it but well i remmeber how the dev of the epic client was trashing the steam client and all its "issues" when he was mainly maintaining steamspy. and here we are...

kinda amazing they still after č years havent decoupled the EGS services from the ganme services .. so everytime frotnite is under heavy load , EGS dies ... or like in this case , everytime big game gets freebies , it kills even fartnite

The hint picture is clearly from dishonored. Can't see how it can be related to AC.

the rumour regarding origins was the hint given by last years leaker for the mortal shells giveaway. he didnt leak any games but gave not so helpful hints which lead ppl to believe that the game was ac origins instead of mortal shells. so yeah last game/s are definately dishonored.

Yeah, I too found it difficult to correlate the hint with AC. Ah well, doesn't matter, it's time for me to check out Dishonored 2 anyway.

I didn't like the 1st game, either.  I liked the setting and all, but the gameplay loop just became super boring super fast.
Never got around to playing the 2nd game because of this.

Yeah, I too thought they'd also be giving away part 2 since it's being thrown around by amazon right now.
Whatever, I can still yarr it if I really want to (not...).
Agree about AC Origins, it's the best iteration since Unity.

there were supposed to be 8 games in total for the next 4 weeks, so 2 games each week but now four of them got canceled fo whatever reason.
The first game today was supposed to be death stranding again(according to rumours)
So we ll gonna so i guess.

Don't know if they will remove it in the future but for now I installed it and played the first 1 hour. Well, more like watched. 
Didn't try the DLC's but the 2nd game was boring for me. It's supposed to be improvement in everything but I just didn't like it when I tried it 2 years ago.
