Family Share usually works, however i dont think its that easy anymore to play on 2 Accounts at the same time. Might work if the License owning account is set to Offline Mode but not sure if every Game is Playable in that.

We believe that no game releases “in a vacuum,” and that the social context that a game exists in is part of its experience and something worth sharing with readers, lest we reduce games to the trivial toys they were once perceived as. The creator of the Harry Potter series, JK Rowling, has made a number of transphobic remarks on social media in recent years. Warner Bros. has the licence to make games based on Harry Potter. While the details of that deal aren’t publicly known, and WB Games says “J.K. Rowling is not directly involved in the creation of the game”, it is likely that, as the creator and owner of the Harry Potter IP, she will earn royalties from its sales. I'm not really well versed in Harry Potter outside the memes, and while I have no interest in the game, I'd give it a go if it had something like a vibrant school system where you can make friends / rivals which I reckon is what happens between the different houses in the school.
I think that could be fun, sort of like a pseudo sim with different outcomes depending on which houses / students you made allies / rivals with.
