The Shield” creator Shawn Ryan’s new series “The Night Agent” has been a surprise hit for streaming giant Netflix.
The series, based on the novel by Matthew Quirk, debuted on March 23rd and pulled in 168.7 million hours viewed in its first few days on the streamer.
According to Netflix, that is the third-best premiere week of viewing for the first season of any Netflix original – and that is only with a few days counted as opposed to a full week. The series also appeared in the Top 10 in 93 countries.
though im not sure i trust them. Rings of Power was also super popular according to Amazon. According to other sites who looked at the numbers, not so much...
For a moment I thought this was about The Night Manager, but it is The Night Agent and last week when I tried to watch Echo 3 I downloaded Echo instead, but then later that day I searched for Landman and ended up with Lawmen.
