Windows 7 and 8 have a combined 2% share according to February 2023 steam survey, so I don't think they'll be losing all that much.

(i know i know some ppl dont use win 10 for diff. reasons) well basically its either migrate from win 7/8/8.1 to win 10 or go full linux since its an option now thanks to proton and the steamdeck. the paypal mastercard EU (free) is working fine with uncle diego (buy/top up) but if you want to move from uncle erdogan to uncle diego it doesn't work live for music die for music (Bassline Junkie)

Works fine for me, also freshly created Curve Mastercard, since all the ones in my Revolut are now Visas. I didn't even have to wait 8 hours like last time, it went through immediately. BTW I remember when a 1000 ARS cost 100 PLN, now I got 4000 for 82. It does somewhat mitigate the price hike if publishers keep to the recommended steam pricing scheme. @Bendi What do you put as the address? Are you connected over VPN when you purchase? As for Curve, do you have a Debit card connected or Credit? Nope, no VPN. I put in my normal address, same as the one in Curve. I opened up an account yesterday, when I noticed Revolut gives me only Visas, so I used the virtual Curve card.

I have my physical Revolut Visa card connected, so just a normal debit card.

yeah, tried a ton of stuff already, Revolut MC, Curve MC, normal MC. always the same error. It's not the end of the world as I buy TF2 on our national online shopping pride which are delivered very fast and after selling the overall sum is close enough. You need a VPN, otherwise Steam doesn't detect your region. You only need to use it once, once you're switched to Uncle Diego then you can pay without VPN etc. You need MC as Steam only allows you to switch with a "regional" payment method, for which the MC is accepted.
