TES CS (Construction Set) will not be included but you will be able to download it for free. Bethesda is one of the best developers when it comes to making mod-friendly games. However for each new generation of games modding becomes both easier and harder.
Easier because most developers create tools for the community but harder because if you want to make big and good mods you almost need a little developer-studio of your own.

Crafting isnt in the game but enchanting however is. Hopefully it will be a bit more balanced than in Morrowind.

As with any good game, you can't go into your first town and buy the best gear in the game from a merchant. Part of the good gear will be from quests (knowing bethesda, a small part.) most will be from hidden vendors somewhere in the middle of nowhere, and from killing NPCs (vampires, for example) in hidden towns.

1. It's accelleron
2. I did
3. I fell asleep and my nose hit the "quit" and "uninstall buttons
4. I have never regretted it since.

Lineage 2 was fun for a while, i played on private servers though, with rates x40, i just couldnt take x1, too much for me. Even with x40 it was too long, never reached the highest lvl. I like the idea in oblvion of gaining experience by doing certain things, not from endless grinding.

Yea i always liked the morrowind style leveling up, makes much more sense, i mean if u keep hitting people with a sword, u would expect to get better at it. I hope their are a few more varities in oblivion though

Woot! I know the step-brother of the brother-in-law of the nephew to a developer at Bethesda.
Check out this screenshot I got while playing Oblivion!

Im so supprised, So much hype yet half the people it seems have never even played morrowind or really know what the game is about. Im hyped but ive played the other TES. I think some people will be shocked when they see it, Its not your typical rpg.

So you are not allowed to be hyped if you havent played mw? I mean seeing all the neat screenshots, reading all the reviews, watching movies and tons of other stuff cant make you hyped about a game? I didnt play any TES games, but the screen shots, movies, and few reviews made me wanna play the game because i love a good rpg with a gripping story. I never played HL1, but i was very exited about HL2 and wasnt disapointed.

About the house option, Im not sure if it is possible, but with the construction kit it won't really matter, you can just find a nice spot to place your house and can build your own 'Dream' home.
The good thing about it is the outside of the house does not have to be the same size as the inside. For example in Morrowind i just bult a door in one of the rocks just out side balmora, but in the door was a massive house with rooms.

Man, I'd give my left nut for Oblivion right now. That is, if I hadn't already given it for hl2. Hhmh, Oblivion for eunuchism..tempting indeed.

I wish they'd just postpone the game until 2009, so I could watch everyone cringe and whine, and point and laugh.
Yes, yes I'm back.
Somewhat.
